This position is responsible for production functions, as noted below. Greenhouse workers will be part of the production team and must be capable of working in a highly secured greenhouse environment.
This position is responsible for:
Daily crop maintenance
Harvest preparation and trimming
Crop rotation
Weekly inventory audits
Ensuring cleanliness and production area
Working with a high degree of safety
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of quality
